Absolutely loved our experience here! Abu made it extra special with his warm hospitality. The place is super clean, and the Indian food was incredibly delicious, fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Highly recommend!

We ordered House dinner for 2 which includes soup, dessert, Tandori chicken, chicken tilka , garlic naan and a spinach dish. The food is really delicious. We are from the bay area which is full of Indian restaurants. We really enjoy our dinner here. Service is good. We will return again.

Lal Mirch is hands down the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warmth, genuine hospitality, and a level of service that makes you feel like family. Abu and the entire serving staff go above and beyond every single time. They are attentive without ever being intrusive, incredibly kind, and always willing to help you choose the perfect dish. The food is exceptional—rich flavors, fragrant spices, and consistently fresh ingredients. Every dish tastes like it was made with care. Whether you’re ordering your usual favorites or trying something new, you can trust that it will be delicious. What truly sets Lal Mirch apart, though, is the team. This was my first time eating here with my brother Vartan and I am so grateful for the experience. Lal Mirch never disappoints. The food is fresh, full of flavor, and served with real hospitality. Taj, the owner, is genuinely warm and welcoming every time you walk in. Abu took care of us today and his service was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and on point from start to finish. I am definitely going to bring more people here. One of the best Indian restaurants in the city.

Exceptional quality, service and value. The chicken tikka was the best I have ever had. Charred outside and juicy when you cut. The garlic naan is made to order and was fantastic again the best. The shrimp tandoori was very good as well. We ordered the vegetable rice, it contained plenty of different veggies. The yogurt, the Lassi, the pistachio ice cream all were delicious. The tea blend is made in house. No wonder this restaurant was rated one of the top restaurants in Los Angeles. Extremely healthy food with a welcoming hospitality. Strongly recommended. AAAAA+++++

The food is still delicious and the customer service is exceptional. My server Abu was so attentive the entire time. I highly recommend this restaurant. I love their Shrimp Biryani and Mango Ice Cream.

Very kind and polite servers and couldn't have asked for better service. Plenty of parking and restaurant is large enough to not feel overly crowded. Menu has a lot of options so there is something for everyone. The food wasn't seasoned as strong as I personally would've liked but I think that's because they cater more to an American pallete rather than a more traditional strong flavored/seasoned Indian food. Next time I'll ask for the food to be spicier and give it a 2nd try.

Lal Mirch is an absolute gem. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The garlic naan came out warm, soft, and perfectly blistered with just the right amount of garlic—so good it was hard not to eat it all on its own. The cheese naan was rich, indulgent, and beautifully melted inside, making it the perfect comfort bite. The real standout, though, was the chicken tikka masala. The chicken was tender and well-marinated, and the sauce was creamy, balanced, and full of deep, aromatic spices without being overwhelming. Every bite paired perfectly with the naan. Portions were generous, flavors were authentic, and the food felt truly satisfying from start to finish. If you’re craving quality Indian food that hits all the right notes, Lal Mirch is absolutely worth the visit. The service is always amazing, just like the ambiance. It’s always like going to visit family!
